These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EnhanceTube ("EnhanceTube", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, tools, and related services (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service, and you must have the authority to manage any YouTube channel you connect.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

EnhanceTube provides analytics, testing, content-planning, SEO, and productivity tools for YouTube creators. Features rely on the YouTube permissions you grant through Google, which let us read your channel and analytics data and, for actions you take, make limited changes such as rotating titles and thumbnails during A/B tests or publishing comment replies you write.

We may add, change, or remove features over time. Some features rely on third-party providers and may be subject to their availability.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or the terms of any third-party platform, including YouTube's Terms of Service.
• Attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours, or interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Upload malicious code or use the Service to send spam or abusive content.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.

You retain ownership of the content and data you create or connect through the Service, such as tests, plans, notes, and connected channel data.

You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We only change your channel when you instruct us to — such as swapping a title or thumbnail during an A/B test, or publishing a comment reply you write — and we never upload or delete videos.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

Free plans and trials are offered with limited usage. A free trial, where available, may be used once and cannot be re-subscribed to after it ends.

Prices, plan limits, and included AI credits are shown on our pricing page, which is the source of truth. We may change pricing with notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Some features generate scores, insights, and suggestions using AI. This output is provided for guidance only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and should not be treated as professional advice.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on or publishing it.

The Service integrates with third parties such as Google/YouTube, payment processors, and AI providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by EnhanceTube and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or reuse the Service beyond normal use.

You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that insights will produce specific results for your channel.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnhanceTube will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
