EnhanceTube ("EnhanceTube", "we", "us", or "our") provides analytics, testing, planning, and productivity tools for YouTube creators. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By creating an account or using EnhanceTube, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — your name, email address, and profile details provided when you sign in with Google.
• YouTube channel data — the channel, video, and analytics data you authorize us to access (for example, video metadata, public comments, and performance metrics).
• Content you create — A/B tests, content plans, saved keywords, brand-deal records, links, and notes you add inside the app.
• Billing information — subscription and payment status. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
• Usage and device data — log data, feature usage, approximate location, browser and device type, and cookies used to keep you signed in and improve the product.

EnhanceTube's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

To power its features, EnhanceTube requests YouTube permissions that let us read your channel, video, and analytics data and — only when you take an action — make limited changes on your behalf: updating a video's title or thumbnail while you run an A/B test, and publishing comment replies that you write. We never upload or delete videos, and we take no action on your channel without your instruction.

We use YouTube channel data only to provide and improve the features you use, such as A/B testing, video analysis, keyword research, idea discovery, and reporting. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

You can revoke EnhanceTube's access at any time through your Google Account security settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the service and its features.
• Generate AI-assisted insights, scores, and recommendations for your content.
• Process subscriptions, invoices, and receipts.
• Communicate with you about your account, support requests, and product updates.
• Monitor usage, prevent abuse, and improve performance and reliability.

Some features use third-party AI providers to analyze content and generate suggestions. When you use these features, the relevant text (such as video metadata or comments) is sent to the provider to produce a result.

We only send the data needed to fulfill your request, and we do not use your private channel data to train third-party models. AI-generated output is provided as guidance and may contain inaccuracies.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate EnhanceTube, and only as needed:

• Cloud infrastructure and database providers that host your data.
• Our payment provider, to process subscriptions and generate invoices.
• AI providers, to power analysis and generation features.
• Analytics and rate-limiting services used to keep the product reliable.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of EnhanceTube and its users.

Your data is stored on secure, managed cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard measures to protect it in transit and at rest.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Some data is cached temporarily to improve performance and is refreshed or expired automatically.

When you delete your workspace or account, we delete or de-identify your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal or accounting obligations.

• Access, update, or correct your account information from within the app.
• Disconnect your YouTube channel or revoke access through your Google Account settings.
• Delete your workspace and associated data at any time.
• Contact us to request a copy or deletion of your personal data.

EnhanceTube is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
