AI Credits
AI credits are a shared balance that powers every AI-driven action in EnhanceTube — keyword scoring, video insights, comment analysis, idea packaging, and AI-drafted replies all draw from the same pool.
How it works
- One shared pool. Instead of a separate quota for each AI feature, all AI actions spend from a single credit balance on your workspace.
- Charged by real usage. Each action is metered by its actual token cost and converted into whole credits, so you see friendly numbers instead of fractions of a cent.
- Topped up monthly. Your plan includes a monthly grant of credits that is added to your balance each billing cycle.
- Rolls over. Unused credits carry over — they don’t reset to zero at the end of the cycle.
Per-feature limits still apply. AI credits are an additional shared limit that sits on top of each feature’s own monthly allowance (for example, the number of video analyses or keyword searches your plan includes).
What spends credits
Any action that calls an AI model draws from your credit balance — for example, keyword scoring, video insights, comment analysis, idea packaging, AI-drafted replies, and more. As we add new AI-powered features, they draw from the same pool automatically.
Actions that don’t use an AI model — such as saving a keyword, moving a content plan, or shortening a link — never spend credits.
Image generation (such as AI thumbnail variations in A/B testing) is billed per image and costs noticeably more than text actions. Expect roughly a few hundred credits per generated image.
Where to see your balance
Open Settings → Usage to see your current AI credit balance and how many credits your plan refills each month. When your balance runs low, AI actions prompt you before they’re blocked.
Requirements
- You need an active subscription to spend AI credits. Credits aren’t time-bound, but they can only be used while your subscription is active.
- If your subscription lapses, your balance is preserved and becomes spendable again once you’re active.
Running out
When your balance reaches zero, AI actions are blocked until your next monthly refill or an upgrade. Non-AI features continue to work normally within their own plan limits. See Plans & Pricing for each plan’s monthly credit grant.
Troubleshooting
- “Not enough AI credits” — your balance is exhausted. Wait for your monthly refill or upgrade your plan.
- “No active subscription” — AI credits require an active subscription to spend; your balance is safe and returns when you resubscribe.
- Balance looks lower than expected — longer videos, more comments, and richer prompts cost more tokens and therefore more credits.
